Trinity Skyline Trail
The Trinity Skyline Trail is a hard surface trail with alignments bringing visitors close to the Trinity River in the Dallas Floodway and featuring spectacular views of downtown Dallas. The 4.6 mile trail is perfect for hiking and biking. There are future plans to connect this trail to the Santa Fe Trestle Trail near 8th Street and Corinth Street once all construction projects in the area are completed. This entire system will also connect to the
Trinity Strand Trail upon its completion. (Please heed all construction and warning signs when utilizing trails.)
Parking and access points are at the following locations:
Trammell Crow Park
3700 Sylvan Avenue

- Parking for 25 vehicles at Trammell Crow Park
- Trinity Skyline Trail access on the east or west side of the Dallas Levee system
- Trinity River bridge crossing located under Sylvan Avenue Bridge for hiking and biking
Continental Avenue Bridge and West Dallas Gateway

- Parking for 75 vehicles at the west side of Continental Avenue Bridge and West Dallas Gateway
- Visitors can walk up to the West Dallas Gateway and take the ramp down to the floodway to access the trail
- Dallas Floodway access is not available on the east side of the Continental Avenue Bridge at this time
Trinity Overlook
110 W. Commerce Street

- Parking for 12 vehicles
- Visitors to the area may enjoy spectacular views from the overlook and learn about the Trinity Lakes area through the informative signage
- Access the Trinity Skyline Trail by walking down the ramp to the Dallas Floodway
Trinity Skyline Trail on the east levee between Commerce Street and the Margaret Hunt Hill Bridge.
Pavaho Wetlands boardwalk is assessible from Trinity Skyline Trail. Reach this area from Trammell Crow Park at 3700 Sylvan Ave. Dallas, TX 75207.
